The space This 6 bedrooms/5 bath house not only has a scenic walkway to the beautiful resort clubhouse, but you can also take a break and cool off in your very own pool/hot tub and dine poolside at your leisure. Enjoyment for all ages and large groups is easy with an open floor plan, formal dining table and breakfast bar, and exciting Avengers themed game room. The large kitchen is a chef’s dream to cook in, with upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The guest suite downstairs is for your added convenience. Before bedtime, upstairs guests can enjoy a movie in the upstairs loft, before heading to bed. A few things to NOTE - 1. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Hot tub is attached to the pool and its heating is therefore, attached to pool heat. There is no standalone hot tub as this is the usual practice. 2. Maximum house occupancy at the house is for 12 guests INCLUDING children and infants. The resort is amazing & beautifully maintained with free amenities. Guest access We're very close to I-4, the main access route to Disney, highways, and major attractions. Guest access The Entire house is for the use of the guests. Other details to note 1. Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance. 4. Pool/spa heat is available for an additional fee - Please let us know after you confirm your reservation. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. If you would like us to have all child gates installed, notify us when booking the home. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service. 7. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know. 8.This will be a self-catering house.
